Beal & Company, a custom automotive restoration and paint business located in Hendersonville, NC is looking to expand it's team. We are a small, family-owned business looking for full and part-time hard-working automotive restoration specialists to join us! Although we specialize in restoring classic cars, you never know what might come through the door here, from fancy artwork to industrial machine parts! It's always an adventure!

Automotive Restoration Specialist

Job Description:

able to perform one or more of the following tasks:

  • Disassemble and assemble classic vehicles -Engines, Transmission, Brakes, Steering, Suspension, Interiors, etc.
  • Repair, replace and/or refurbish vehicle parts
  • Restoration and custom fabrication-metal and fiberglass
  • Prepare to paint and paint vehicles
  • Maintain a clean, organized work area
  • Be a flexible team worker

Required Work Experience:

  • Background of working on older vehicles, 1980 and older is a plus
  • 2+ years of restoration and/or mechanical experience
  • Metal, body and paint experience 

Required Skills:

Ability to complete one or more of the following tasks: 

  • Repair Braking, Steering, and Suspension Systems
  • Diagnose and Repair Electrical Issues 
  • Disassemble and Assemble Engines, Transmissions, and Differentials
  • Complete Interior Disassembly and Assembly; Seats, Dash, Gauges, Consoles, etc
  • Service and Maintenance Work such as: Oil Changes, Lube, General Maintenance
  • Automotive restoration skills from fabrication to painting
